Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) stems from osteopathy. It is a gentle hands on technique used to remedy distortions of structure and function within the skull, spine, membranes and connective tissue throughout the body. Cerebrospinal fluid surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. By tuning into the production and absorption of this fluid, a practitioner is able to locate restrictions. A light touch of approximately 5 grams (the weight of a nickel) or more is used to release restrictions through out the body.

Somato Emotional Release
SER is an aspect of CST in which tissue release uncovers emotional stress or tissue memory related to injury

Chakra Balancing
Typically preformed during or alongside either CST or Reiki. Chakra balancing balances the energy centers of the body and the energetic colours and systems associated with them.

Rei (Ray) = Universal
Ki (Key) = Energy

In Japanese Reiki means “Universal life energy”. It is a form of hands on or off energy healing. Originating in Japan as a personal Spiritual development practice, Reiki evolved into a light touch, energy based Holistic modality. Reiki works as a support system to the body re-establishing the normal energy flow of Ki (Qi, Prana, Life force energy) throughout the system, which can enhance and accelerate the bodys natural healing abilities.

A standard treatment involves the placing of hands above or on various positions of the head, neck, shoulders, torso, knees and feet and can be done while the clients is sitting up or lying down. Many people experience Reiki as a deeply radiant heat that soothes and relaxes the body.
